Jason Torbet formed a small concrete polishing business some 15 years ago. With the help of Full Focus, he solved some major issues and set about developing his business into a highly profitable and successful operation.
Prior to working with Full Focus:
Jason was referred to us from an existing client and when we first met he was struggling to sort out a variety of issues.
Having just bought his first home, Jason was coping with all the usual financial, logistical and emotional turmoil that this creates. To add to this, he was suffering from a lack of focus on his business and at the same time trying to plan for one whole month away. Jason simply didn’t know how he was going to accomplish all the things he wanted to do. What we did:

A plan was put in place so that Jason could have his one month away from the business and know that everything would be well taken care of in his absence (always a worry for a small business owner!)
An examination of Jason's legal and financial structures was undertaken to ensure everything did what it was supposed to do. Some errors and potential concerns were noted and rectified.
Through the use of easily understood spreadsheets and graphs, Jason became focused on turnover and net profitability, and that’s always a good thing to concentrate on if you truly want to have a profitable business!
A series of systems and procedures were identified and a plan devised to put these in place.

Jason is now able to concentrate on his business, knowing his ducks are lining up, the background checks are done, and he can stride ahead to accomplish the things he’s after in his business and his life.
