Full Focus provides “wholistic” fee-based advice on structure and risk management.

We are independent of provider interests or product commissions, and much broader in scope than legal, accounting or financial disciplines.

Our work often begins by evaluating where you are at the moment together with where you want, or need, to be. Then we put clear steps in place to get you there – cutting through any confusion and uncertainty.

Specialised aspects, such as your legal and financial structures, are sometimes facilitated and coordinated with other professional consultants. You will be provided with solutions and guidance on their implementation to achieve your objectives.

You will be given completely independent advice. You don’t need to worry that Full Focus may be steering you in a particular direction to benefit ourselves or anyone else – except you!

We have no entrenched arrangements with any suppliers so you can be assured that your best interests are always paramount. You will have the benefit of real independent advice from someone with NO hidden agenda!

In working with clients, we will often find that previous advice is segmented and piecemeal. This is sometimes a result of the narrow focus of technical and specialist consultants. All these segments are brought together for you. The “big picture” (personal and business) of your lives is looked at. Every facet of your life is taken into account, to make sure everything fits together.

We take a very “wholistic” approach in our commitment to your success.

No surprises

Our fees are always set in advance to eliminate uncertainty.  Half our fee is payable on engagement with the balance on completion, or on an agreed date.

Incentivised outcomes

When appropriate, a performance incentive is agreed on (in advance), in addition to our fee.

When we work with a client, we have operating standards, or commitments, both to ourselves and you, as our client. We also expect a certain commitment from you in order to do our job well and efficiently, providing you with the best result possible.
