Over the years we have found there is a well-defined group of people our work provides the greatest benefit for. We work mainly with business owners and shareholders of private companies. Our speciality is advising family businesses.
Our clients tend to have high expectations and a determination to move forward. They are often going through change in their business (and sometimes personal) lives and facing circumstances which require decisions. They are seeking clarity and direction, and want to move ahead with confidence and certainty.
Full Focus clients are most likely to fall into the following categories:
- A business owner or controlling shareholder of a private business
- Are willing, able and authorised (to make decisions)
- Have clearly identifiable goals and objectives, or are keen to put these in place
- Going through times of uncertainty or change. They have come to a decision making cross-road and are (naturally) cautious about making the right choice.
- Face difficulty or dilemma in making these decisions and want direction and clarity.
- Experiencing growth in their business, or seeking growth
- Care about at least one person (other than yourself!)
- Have a natural sense of ethics and justice which fits ours
Already know you need help?
You may know your affairs are in a mess, but are uncertain how to put them in order, rectify the situation and solve the problems. You may have built your business to its current level and find the structures that have served you in the past are not doing the job any longer. Maybe you have a lot of different options open to you and are unclear which one to take – which would serve you best
Perhaps it seems such an all-encompassing problem it’s easier to forget about it. But sooner or later it’s going to hit you square in the face!
So here’s the question ... given that you know your current situation is not ideal (in whatever way and for whatever reason) how long are you prepared to tolerate it?
Even more important – what’s the REAL COST … to you (and the people you care about) of allowing the situation to continue.?
Are you someone who — having identified the problem — is ready to take action?
