We all know what a coach is, but we used to only think of them in the context of sports - a coach to improve an athlete’s  performance, give them the edge and take them further than they would have gone by themselves – to be the best they can possibly be. … to win.

Not so long ago the coach entered the realm of business.     He’s been there for a while now and there’s a myriad of them out there to choose from.  It’s become a kind of Russian Roulette trying to pick a good coach from a poor coach.  But if you’re going to invest the time and money in a coach, you probably don’t want just a GOOD coach you’ll want a GREAT coach.   But what makes a great coach?  And where do you find one?
