Kathy Martin

Kathy MartinKathy’s role as CEO and General Manager combines a variety of aspects. 

Her wide ranging experience makes her a skilful manager and administrator, specialising in SME businesses, particularly family run businesses.  Added to this, her expertise in project and goals management brings structure and precision which many clients have come to rely on.

Kathy is an implementation specialist and an expert in the business of getting things done. 

As well as Kathy's CEO role, she is responsible for marketing, day-to-day running of the company, and keeping Dave under control (in itself a full-time job).  Constantly up-to-date with client projects and events, Kathy is able to work in areas as diverse as assisting to implement client’s strategic planning to keeping their debtors up-to-date. 

Kathy’s career includes holding several high level positions as Personal Assistant to CEO’s of large NZ corporates, Australian conglomerates and London stockbroking institutions.

For the last 20 years she has continued to develop her talents as an administrator and manager, whilst at the same time achieving success in areas such as team building, public relations and project management.
