Kathy’s role in Full Focus combines a variety of aspects.  As well as being responsible for preparing all the written copy, managing the website, newsletters, marketing and day-to-day running of the company, she also takes a very hands-on approach with clients. 

Constantly up-to-date with client projects and events, Kathy is able to work in areas as diverse as assisting to implement client’s strategic planning to keeping their debtors under control. 

Kathy brings an invaluable structure and precision to the company which many clients have come to rely on.

Kathy’s career includes holding several high level positions as Personal Assistant to CEO’s of large NZ corporates, Australian conglomerates and London stockbroking institutions.

For the last 20 years she has continued to develop her talents as a skilful administrator and manager, whilst at the same time achieving success in areas such as team building, public relations and project management.
